Elevate & Align is a brand new workshop that will teach you about transcending the incoming energies and your perceptions on how they affect you.
 We will work towards letting go of lower frequency things like: 
Fear based ideologies, anger at the world around you, grief /despair, judgement, and rigid thinking. 
Instead we will work to find:
Peace within ourselves, authenticity,  courage, strength, self awareness, self discipline  and trust in the self & spirit. Helping you move through 3D/4D/5D 
This class is limited to 4 people. Please bring note book and pen, and a readiness to do the work. This is next level and I'm really excited to be holding space for you.
