House & Land Clearing

Service Description

A house and land clearing involves using herbs and resins to cleanse and clear the energy in your home or business. Sometimes it's a negative vibe, sometimes it's just for spring cleaning, other times, it's for the stuff that goes bump in the night. My fee is based on milage (I have a radius that I work within) and time involved. It starts at $110 and can go upwards of $250 (this has been the case with 2.5 hours of travel time). When you book I will ask for the location and give you a cost from there. If it's within 50km it's $110 for example. All products and services that I offer are subject to HST which will be added at time of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We fall ill, our car goes in the shop, the roads can be unsafe for driving. However, last minute cancelations often can't be filled. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, I require 24hrs notice. Less than 24hrs has a $65 cancelation fee and it will have to be paid before your appointment will be rescheduled.
