Afternoon Meditation

Service Description

Join me Saturday afternoons at 1pm starting November 5th for meditations and a little energy work by the woodstove. We are moving our evening Meditations for the safety of all participants for the winter months. With looming winter weather and considering walking safety as well as parking, I wanted you to have daylight. Grab your blanket or yoga mat to sit on and come hang out with like minded people looking for a little Zen. Your self investment is $20 Tea provided. Wear a removable sweater as it does get a little sweltery in here!

Cancelation Policy

Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We fall ill, our car goes in the shop, the roads can be unsafe for driving. However, last minute cancelations often can't be filled. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, I require 24hrs notice. Less than 24hrs has a $65 cancelation fee and it will have to be paid before your appointment will be rescheduled.
