Weekly we will hold a Soulful Sunday Centering Circle from 10-1pm. 
My aim is to help you to live in heart centered alignment, holding a higher vibrational frequency in your body so that you can live as an observer rather than being affected by this human experience. We do this through conversation, sharing and play.
