In this monthly subscription, you have access to daily and weekly energy updates. I will help you to understand how to move through your emotions with greater ease and encourage you to consistently lean in to everything that this life has to offer you. Yep even the challenging stuff. You'll also have access to the Deep Dive Ripple Effect group on my wix app where I will post daily and weekly as I see fit about the energies of the collective and how to move with them. I'm talking about breathwork, meditations, and presence, with grace, humor and ease. Joy is your natural state of Be-ing and my goal is to help you create enough touch points through regular practice so that you come back to your natural state faster with more ease and ultimately live your life as a joyous observer. Topics will be broad and spiritual but spoken in easy to understand ways and I do encourage you to create community here.
